You will need:
1 cucumber, peeled
1/2 filet of smoked salmon
Bell pepper dip (https://www.fuelbetter.ca/recipes/roasted-bell-pepper-dip)
1/4 avocado, sliced thinly
*Any other ingredients that you might want to add
Begin by peeling the cucumber. Note* store the peels in an airtight container in freezer and add to your next smoothie.
Using a mandolin, slice the cucumber into long, thin slices.
Apply a thin layer of the roasted bell pepper dip.
Add crumbled smoked salmon and thinly sliced avocado.
Roll gently but firmly as you roll away from you.
Top with black sesame seeds and sliced green onion (optional)
