You will need:
3 tbsp roasted bell pepper dip - https://www.fuelbetter.ca/recipes/roasted-bell-pepper-dip
3 tbsp Spread'Em chive dip
2 rashes of bacon cooked
Handful of plain potato chips
Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut jalapenos in half, leaving the stem on, and core the centre/seeds with a small spoon. If you have kitchen gloves, these would come in handy to avoid any hand contact!
In a small bowl, combine the roasted bell pepper dip and chive dip.
In another small bowl, crumble the cooked bacon strips into small pieces. Then, in the same bowl, crumble the potato chips. Stir to combine.
Stuff the peppers with the cream mixture. Top each pepper with the crumbled mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until peppers are tender.
