You will need:
2 bunches of radishes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp avocado oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare radishes by cutting in half to ensure even sizing for roasting.
In a bowl, combine radishes, garlic, avocado oil & salt/pepper. Mix well.
Spread radishes out in a large glass cooking pan. Be sure to no overlap or over crowd the radishes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Once removed from oven, place radishes on plate and drizzle with scallion oil.
