Avocado Chocolate Icing
You will need:
1.4 cup cacao powder
1-2 tbsp maple syrup * you can add more if you prefer it sweeter
Using a food processor or blender, puree the avocado until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and continue blending until its reaches a thick and smooth consistency ~ 1-2 minutes.
Add into piping bag to create a decorative topping or just spread it on with a knife
