Creamy Nut Milk

You will need:

  • 1 cup of soaked almonds, pecans or cashews overnight (the longer you soak, the creamier it will be)

  • 3 cups of filtered water

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 2 deglet noor dates or 1 medjool *optional

  • Pinch of salt

To make:

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend on high for 3 minutes.

  2. Pour into jar with a tight lid and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

  3. The milk will separate so always give a good shake before using.
