Creamy Nut Milk

You will need:
1 cup of soaked almonds, pecans or cashews overnight (the longer you soak, the creamier it will be)
3 cups of filtered water
1 tsp vanilla
2 deglet noor dates or 1 medjool *optional
Pinch of salt
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend on high for 3 minutes.
Pour into jar with a tight lid and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
The milk will separate so always give a good shake before using.
